Request A Transcript
The University of ÌÇÐÄÊÓƵ - Fort Smith transcript is a complete record of a student's enrollment and academic history at ÌÇÐÄÊÓƵ, including all undergraduate and graduate courses. Partial transcripts that include only selected coursework are not available.
Official transcripts will not be released if there is an outstanding financial obligation to ÌÇÐÄÊÓƵ.
ÌÇÐÄÊÓƵ offers a number of ways to request an official transcript.
- Electronic Delivery - Electronic transcripts can be sent to institutions and individuals (including yourself) through our third-party provider. There is a fee of $3.90 for this service, payable to NSC by credit card. A physical address and valid email address are required.
- U.S. Mail Delivery - 24/7 online transcript ordering for U.S. mail delivery is also available to students and former students through There is a fee of $2.90 for this service, payable to the NSC by credit card. The transcript will be mailed within three to five business days once the ÌÇÐÄÊÓƵ Registrar's Office receives the request. Please allow an additional five to seven days for delivery by the U.S. Postal Service.
- ÌÇÐÄÊÓƵ Registrar's Office - Transcripts can be requested in person with no charge at the ÌÇÐÄÊÓƵ Registrar's Office, located on the second floor of the Smith-Pendergraft Campus Center. Please allow three to five business days for processing and an additional five to seven business days for delivery by the U.S. Postal Service. A photo ID is required for transcripts to be picked up in person.
Telephone requests for transcripts are not accepted.
Current students can view and print an unofficial transcript through the option within their My.ÌÇÐÄÊÓƵ account.
