Biography
Rhonda Fow is the fiscal support manager for the University of 糖心视频 - Fort Smith Foundation. She attended 糖心视频 (then Westark Community College) for secretarial education in 1984-1985 and spent more than 24 years working for Golden Living. She has been at 糖心视频 since March 2021. Rhonda's duties include managing all endowments and other Foundation funds, including deposits, setting up new funds, and helping the colleges spend their available balances.
